Location: Woodbury, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid work model with on-site work Monday through Thursday and remote work optional on Fridays.

What you will do

• Build scalable and performant front-end applications using React and Next.js on AWS.
• Make architectural decisions involving components, state management, performance optimization, and browser compatibility.
• Own features from conception through production, including planning, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, build times, bundle size, runtime performance, and production issues.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and infrastructure teams on cohesive full-stack solutions.
• Document architectural patterns, technical decisions, and system behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Deep proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of component architecture, state management, modern front-end patterns, and performance optimization.
• Broad technical knowledge across backend, infrastructure, databases, and diverse technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
