Front End Engineer III (Hybrid, Sunnyvale)

Location: USA - Sunnyvale, CA; hybrid, with at least 2 days per week in the office

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and equity grants

What you will do

• Build and maintain single-page web applications for the Falcon Fusion SOAR product using JavaScript and Ember.js.
• Develop automated workflows that streamline security operations.
• Review code and build tools that improve the development experience.
• Write automated tests and maintain frontend quality.
• Collaborate with UI engineers, cloud engineers, designers, technical writers, QA analysts, and product managers.
• Learn about cybersecurity challenges and solve complex product problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Significant experience building thick-client applications with Ember, React/Next.js, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with QUnit, Mocha, Playwright, or comparable testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessible interface development, plus strong HTML and CSS skills.
• Familiarity with npm, webpack, Vite, Ember CLI, client-side build processes, and Git workflows.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Open-source project experience.
• Experience with D3, ThreeJS, graphics, data visualization, or web components.
• Experience optimizing browser rendering performance and working with scalable CSS, Tailwind, SCSS, or LESS.
