Product Engineer (UX/UI)

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and equity awards.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver high-quality interactive UI components from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and AI research teams to refine accessible, performant, and usable experiences.
• Define and evolve a scalable design system and component architecture across the product suite.
• Build rapid prototypes with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js to validate concepts and usability.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.
• Coordinate with backend engineers on APIs and data structures supporting cohesive user interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product engineering, frontend development, or a related role.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• A portfolio demonstrating interactive and user-friendly web applications.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused, ownership-oriented approach.
