Frontend Web Developer (Marketing Technology)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Washington D.C.; United States - Remote

Salary: $108,800–$160,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Develop secure, tested, performant features and enhancements for B2B marketing websites.
• Own frontend projects from scoping through implementation, optimization, and delivery.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, maintain component libraries, and improve performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Content, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and Web Platforms teams.
• Integrate Contentful CMS, analytics, tracking, lead-generation forms, and conversion measurement.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and improve technical debt, workflows, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional frontend web development experience, preferably supporting marketing or growth teams.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript skills, with expertise in React and NextJS; Vue.js or Angular may also be considered.
• Experience with TypeScript, modern CSS methodologies, responsive mobile-first development, and component-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and experience with web performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Vercel or comparable deployment platforms, Contentful or comparable headless CMS platforms, Storybook, Git, CI/CD, and modern build tools.
• Experience with lead-generation forms, API integrations, web analytics, data layers, tag management, and collaboration through sprints, Jira, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Buildkite, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic SEO experience.
• Experience integrating AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and MCPs into development workflows.
