Senior Facility Manager

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, a high-rise, campus, or client facility portfolio, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and maintenance services.
• Lead facility management staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, employee relations, and operational supervision.
• Manage service contracts, vendor performance, RFPs, invoicing, audits, and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and explain budgets, financial reports, forecasts, business plans, and capital improvement plans.
• Monitor work-order metrics, productivity, cost savings, recurring issues, and corrective actions.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, tenants, occupants, vendors, and key stakeholders while driving service quality and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience, including at least 3 years as a Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, property operations, and building management.
• Experience with human resources and performance management processes.
• Strong communication, technical, analytical, customer-focused, financial management, leadership, relationship management, and vendor management skills.

• Experience with critical system environments.
• CMMS and work-order management experience.
