Project Manager III

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; on-site, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation.

What you will do

• Set scope, timelines, deliverables, and implementation plans for multiple customer deployments.
• Manage a portfolio of projects according to complexity, size, and scope.
• Serve as the primary contact for implementation activities and establish project delivery controls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation, resources, and stakeholder requirements.
• Identify project and customer risks and develop appropriate response strategies.
• Support sales activities, statements of work, customer training, and improvements to project delivery methodology.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management or related experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong aptitude for technology tools and solutions, including Professional Services and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, systems perspective, and process analysis skills.
• Ability to translate detailed analysis into a broader business perspective and adapt to changing products and customer needs.
• Experience with government budgeting concepts, finance, or budgeting solutions is a strong plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Chicago, Illinois, United States, with occasional travel to customer locations.
