Project Manager

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; on-site

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage one large project valued above $20 million or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
• Supervise project engineers, superintendents, administrative staff, field personnel, and project activities.
• Develop project schedules, cost reports, cash flow plans, quality assurance and quality control plans, and safety plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field labor, material procurement, and deliveries.
• Serve as the administrative point of contact for owners and negotiate financial disputes, change orders, and scope changes.
• Manage MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements and EEO/affirmative action contract requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing large or multiple construction projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
• Computer, project management, scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia, with standard hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; schedules may vary for critical activities and safety supervision.
