Regional Property Manager, Multifamily

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; travel between properties required, up to 60% of the time.

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute business plans for an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for owner representatives and communicate property management agreement terms.
• Lead, manage, develop, and mentor Property Managers and Area Managers.
• Review purchasing and manage adherence to expense budgets and financial targets.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Management teams on marketing plans, advertising effectiveness, pricing, and revenue performance.
• Oversee resident experience, risk management, safety standards, property technology, reporting, and operational documents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with financials, budgets, bookkeeping, office administration, and sales.
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze system data, prepare reports, and communicate financial information to stakeholders.
• Real estate license required; requirements may vary by market. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• CPM, CCI, RPA, or CAM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
