Property Manager - Manufactured Home Community

Location: Onsite in Randleman, North Carolina

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annual base salary plus quarterly performance incentives and benefits

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations and performance of a 207-homesite manufactured housing community.
• Lead onsite maintenance personnel, coordinate vendors and contractors, and partner with the District Manager.
• Build resident relationships, respond to concerns, enforce community policies, and improve resident satisfaction.
• Manage collections, occupancy, operating expenses, resident retention, budgeting, forecasting, and property reporting.
• Maintain property appearance, safety, inspections, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage leasing and home sales activities from inquiries and tours through applications, closing, or move-in.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property management or closely related experience.
• Strong customer service, leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with collections, resident relations, leasing, budgeting, expenses, or performance metrics.
• Comfort using property management systems and common business technology.
• Basic understanding of property maintenance operations and vendor coordination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to conduct outdoor property inspections and respond to occasional after-hours issues.

Nice to have

• Experience managing residential, manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities.
• Experience with leasing or home sales.
• Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
