Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage property portfolios in accordance with operating procedures, association governing documents, and board directives.
- Advise Boards of Directors and presidents, prepare owner communications, and serve as a liaison with homeowners, government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and insurers.
- Oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, common elements, employee and contractor workmanship, and service quality.
- Negotiate contracts, obtain competitive bids, monitor vendor performance, and manage certificates, warranties, bonds, and lien releases.
- Prepare monthly management reports, annual budgets, reserve projects, invoices, financial recommendations, and capital improvement plans.
- Handle delinquencies, expenses, insurance claims, incident reports, compliance matters, and potential litigation requests.
Requirements
- CMCA license required.
- Experience managing HOA, condominium, multifamily, or residential communities, including single-family, townhome, and high-rise associations.
- Strong knowledge of association bylaws, declarations, rules, policies, and operating procedures.
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors, preparing meeting materials, presenting management reports, and providing operational and financial recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, delinquencies, expenses, reserve projects, invoice approvals, and annual budget preparation.
- Knowledge of capital improvements, energy management, insurance claims, incident reporting, and maintenance planning.
