Associate Upgrade Install and Relocation (UIR) Engineer

Location: Tainan, Taiwan; onsite work at customer sites and in cleanroom environments

What you will do

• Prepare, stage, validate, and return materials, tools, and parts for scheduled installation, upgrade, and relocation activities.
• Perform system qualification tests, system acceptance tests, standard assembly, repairs, and upgrade activities according to documented procedures.
• Support leading engineers with machine adjustment, qualification, mechanical integration, troubleshooting, and recovery activities.
• Track machine progress, work orders, handovers, administration, and customer-site documentation.
• Identify material issues and process gaps, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate system progress and completed actions to customers while representing hirify.global professionally.

Requirements

• English communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict customer safety and PIP requirements.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, perform predefined technical actions, and escalate issues to senior or technical specialists.
• Motivated, proactive, self-driven, flexible, and able to multitask in challenging working environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and remain open to cultural differences.
