Equipment Performance Engineer

Location: Tainan, Taiwan (Onsite)

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze machine performance indicators at customer sites using standard reporting tools.
• Ensure timely and clear technical and administrative documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Address and coordinate machine performance issues to meet target criteria.
• Report performance metrics and collaborate with central teams to drive solution plans.
• Prepare and implement solution packages to optimize machine performance.
• Evaluate and report long downtime events and follow up on improvement actions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tainan, Taiwan for onsite work.
• 2-3 years of engineering experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Insight database and performance indicators.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python development, and basic Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.
