Customer Support Engineer

What you will do

• Perform system qualification and acceptance tests following standard procedures under senior engineer guidance.
• Support machine adjustment, mechanical integration, and repair activities.
• Manage materials, tools, and parts preparation and administration support.
• Provide high-quality customer service and communication as hirify.global ambassador.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization activities.
• Work in cleanroom environment and follow safety regulations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kaosiung, Taiwan.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Flexibility to travel and work shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under limited supervision.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work in challenging environments.
