Hardware Systems Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building frontier AI infrastructure by co-designing accelerator chips, racks, software, and manufacturing systems focused on inference performance.

What you will do

• Lead board development for accelerator systems.
• Design schematics for accelerator modules and support manufacturing scale-up.
• Work with Signal Integrity, PCB, and Mechanical Engineering to solve system-level design problems.
• Collaborate with ODMs and OEMs on system requirements, bring-up, and validation plans.
• Bring up baseboards and mezzanine cards, and define manufacturing test plans and equipment.
• Create and manage PCBA documentation, including BOMs and special assembly processes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience designing and developing complex server or switch systems.
• Extensive experience with 100G Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern AI and datacenter system architecture.
• Experience designing systems alongside silicon.
• Deep understanding of datacenter requirements, especially high-power AI servers above 10 kW.
