Electrical Engineering Technician (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal analyzers, and other electrical test equipment.
• Execute electrical test procedures and collect, validate, and document traceable measurement data.
• Monitor live tests, identify signal irregularities and out-of-spec behavior, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare test benches, fixtures, and lab environments for hardware experiments across concurrent projects.
• Maintain lab logs, test databases, results reports, equipment inventory, and calibration schedules.
• Communicate findings to hardware engineers and project teams while enforcing lab safety and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience executing electrical test procedures, including bench setup, instrument calibration, and standard EE lab equipment operation.
• Strong data collection and documentation practices with accurate, traceable measurement records.
• Ability to monitor live electrical tests, detect irregularities, and troubleshoot quickly.
• Experience preparing test benches and hardware fixtures across multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfort organizing lab logs, databases, and test reports for cross-functional engineering audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lab safety compliance and EE equipment maintenance, inventory, and calibration schedules.
• Exposure to PCB bring-up, power rail validation, or digital and analog signal characterization.
• Experience with scripted test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
