What you will do

• Build and lead the soft home sourcing function in the EU as the first regional hire.
• Identify, vet, and onboard high-quality, compliant vendor partners for bedding and window coverings.
• Establish supplier scorecards and KPIs to drive and monitor partner performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms including MOQs, pricing, capacity planning, and lead times.
• Develop and execute a long-term vendor and material sourcing roadmap for the EU region.
• Collaborate with HQ teams in planning, design, production, QA, and merchandising.

Requirements

• 10+ years in sourcing, product development, or supply chain roles within home textiles.
• Deep understanding of textile weaving/finishing processes, costing, testing, and manufacturing workflows.
• Strong existing network of EU-based soft home vendors.
• Proven track record of owning product development timelines and factory onboarding.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or eligible to work from the EU, UK, or Turkey.
