Level I / 2 / 3 - Vibration Analyst - Longview, TX (57436)

Location: Longview, Texas; applicants must be local or willing to locate. This is a resident, onsite position. Only U.S. Persons may be considered due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Conduct vibration testing programs for a variety of equipment at customer facilities.
• Collect and review vibration data in coordination with Reliability Engineering teams.
• Review customer specifications and perform testing to meet deadlines and workload requirements.
• Maintain accurate testing records and follow internal quality assurance policies.
• Interface with clients and adapt to changing testing procedures and priorities.

Requirements

• Level I, Level II, or Level III Vibration certification.
• Experience with vibration data collection.
• Proficiency with computers and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR requirements.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment, work at heights and around operating industrial equipment, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSI Vibration data collectors and Emerson software.
• Infrared experience or Level 1 IR certification.
• Offline motor testing experience.
