Condition Monitoring Engineer or Vibration Technical Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in the United States; travel up to 40% within the US, Canada, and Caribbean regions. Must be a permanent US resident or US citizen and able to obtain a TWIC card.

What you will do

• Provide technical support throughout the lifecycle of asset condition management projects.
• Consult with customers on reliability strategies, roadmaps, and condition monitoring programs.
• Coordinate project execution with contract managers, on-site teams, business development, and local sales.
• Implement condition monitoring services and develop plans to expand service delivery.
• Lead vibration, lubrication, and other condition monitoring analysis databases and reporting systems.
• Perform advanced field diagnostics, turbomachinery vibration analysis, motion amplification, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in vibration analysis for condition monitoring of rotating equipment, including pumps and compressors.
• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 2 certification or equivalent.
• Experience establishing condition monitoring programs and working with pumps and turbomachinery.
• English required; other languages are beneficial.
• Must be a permanent US resident or US citizen, able to travel up to 40% across the US, Canada, and Caribbean regions, and able to obtain a TWIC card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an engineering degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Vibration Analysis ISO 18436-2 Category 3 certification.
• Lubrication Analysis ISO 18436-4 Category 2 certification or equivalent.
• CMRP or ARPE certification.
• Experience working in a diverse environment with a global company.
