Marketing Operations Senior Associate (iGaming)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Required availability includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts under one of two specified schedules.

Salary: $79,000–$99,000 USD annually, with potential bonus and stock incentives.

What you will do

• Execute reactive, time-sensitive promotional and CRM campaigns across sportsbook, casino, and racing platforms.
• Set up promotions and deploy and QA CRM campaigns across email, push, and other channels.
• Review live promotions and in-flight CRM campaigns for discrepancies and maintain a 99%+ accuracy standard.
• Perform first-line triage of customer-facing incidents and escalate issues through pager-duty and on-call procedures.
• Review copy, terms, and creative for Responsible Gaming and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation, handoff notes, request prioritization, and workflow continuity across evening and daytime teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, customer support, or a related field.
• Experience with promotional mechanics, CRM campaign execution, customer segmentation, and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Xtremepush, or Movable Ink.
• Strong attention to detail, written communication, prioritization, and independent decision-making under time pressure.
• Ability to follow documented processes, apply escalation protocols, and work independently with limited real-time supervision.
• Strong knowledge of and interest in sports and sports betting.
• Ability to work one of the required Thursday–Monday or Saturday–Wednesday schedules, including holidays.

Nice to have

• SQL or data query experience.
• Creative problem-solving experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
