Location: Birkirkara, Malta. Hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely for up to 50% of working time.

What you will do

• Plan, build, execute, and optimize sportsbook CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, and onsite communications.
• Manage the promotional calendar around major sporting events, including football, Formula 1, tennis, darts, and UFC.
• Create customer journeys covering onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
• Support selected casino, cross-sell, and high-value player campaigns.
• Build targeted audiences, analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, and provide weekly KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Trading, Marketing, BI, Product, VIP, and Design teams while ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations and responsible gaming requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CRM experience, preferably in online sports betting, iGaming, or another data-driven digital environment.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch sports landscape and sports betting customer behavior.
• Business-fluent Dutch and English are required.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and campaign reporting.
• Experience using CRM channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working with high-value or VIP players.
• French language skills.
