What you will do

• Coordinate CRM campaigns and communications across multiple brands, markets, products, and customer segments.
• Brief Content, Design, and BI teams on creative, copy, and data requirements.
• Build and launch campaigns through email, push notifications, and direct mail.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate CRM workflows and improve customer engagement.
• Develop testing strategies, optimize communications, and report campaign results with BI and Insights teams.
• Maintain campaign visibility and support Casino and Sports Retention teams with new technologies, processes, and testing methods.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an iGaming or sports betting CRM or retention role.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, Optimove, or Silverpop/IBM.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, self-sufficiency, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the iGaming and sports betting industries.
• Experience using HTML.
