CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across brands, markets, products, and customer segments.
• Build and launch campaigns through email, push notifications, and direct mail.
• Brief Content, Design, and BI teams on creative, copy, and data requirements.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to automate CRM workflows and improve customer engagement.
• Develop testing strategies and analyze campaign performance with BI and Insights teams.
• Support Casino and Sports Retention teams with CRM tools, technologies, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an iGaming or sports betting CRM or retention role.
• Knowledge of CRM tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, Optimove, or Silverpop/IBM.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the iGaming and sports betting industries.
• Experience using HTML.
