Marketing Operations Associate (iGaming)

What you will do

• Prepare, execute, and credit promotional campaigns across online gaming brands.
• Assist with campaign performance reports and distribute insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Test promotional mechanics in the promotion engine and evaluate the end-to-end user journey.
• Coordinate marketing assets across design and campaign execution teams.
• Work with customer support, legal and compliance, product, and operations teams to deliver marketing programs and in-app promotions.
• Support regulatory approvals by preparing terms and conditions and aligning campaign copy with state-level requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or online gaming operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with virtual teams.
• Knowledge of North American online gaming and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
