Strike Weapons Program Manager (Hypersonic Weapons)

Location: United States; U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

What you will do

• Lead advanced hypersonic weapon programs from proposal and contract award through design, integration, flight testing, deployment, and fielding.
• Serve as the primary interface with U.S. Government customers and internal engineering teams.
• Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, contractual commitments, and mission success.
• Lead proposals, contract negotiations, program reviews, technical briefings, and requirements negotiations.
• Translate mission needs into product requirements, guide design reviews, and manage technical or contractual changes.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and shape future hypersonic strike architectures with government and industry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or national security programs.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs to cost and schedule.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. Government programs, acquisition processes, contracting, and operational concepts.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills, including preparation of CDRLs and technical data packages.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Nice to have

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, OTA contracts, requirements decomposition, and systems verification.
• Experience working in fast-moving environments with compressed timelines.
