New-Grad Engineer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: New York, United States; on-site at the NYC headquarters 5 days per week

Salary: $148,000–$200,000 per year, plus tokens and other compensation elements

hirify.global builds products around the Uniswap Protocol, including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, Trading API, and Unichain.

What you will do

• Ship well-tested production code used by millions across web applications, backend services, infrastructure, and smart contracts.
• Pair with a dedicated senior engineer and collaborate with the engineering pod through code reviews and shared ownership.
• Move across different parts of the stack while developing complete products.
• Work in person with the engineering team at the New York headquarters.

Requirements

• Completed or upcoming Computer Science or related degree between December 2024 and September 2026.
• Evidence of building and shipping projects through internships, side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathons.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and the ability to learn new languages and systems quickly.
• Genuine interest in crypto and DeFi; prior crypto experience is not required.
• Ability to work from the New York office 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Projects built on or around crypto, such as smart contracts, bots, dashboards, or hackathon projects.
• Deep experience with the tools used to build a project.
• Competitive programming, CTFs, research, or open-source experience.
