Senior Fullstack Engineer

What you will do

• Design and develop frontends, APIs, workflows, database schemas, and caching layers for full-stack applications
• Act as a part-time product manager and UX designer to understand user interactions
• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability using observability tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, scientists, leadership, and vendors
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain 24/7 production schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications
• Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (React, Next.js)
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and backend languages like Go or Python
• Cloud-native experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Familiar with UX design tools such as Figma
