Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Salary: $130,000–$210,000 annually plus equity and performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable AI-native solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize features integrating customer systems with an LLM-driven platform.
• Develop reusable tools, adapters, and configuration layers for enterprise onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to define requirements and resolve edge cases.
• Own performance, reliability, maintainability, documentation, and post-launch optimization for delivered solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of software engineering or technical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or a similar programming language, with a strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar enterprise architectures, including CMS, DAM, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, less than 10%, for customer discovery, deployment, and relationship building.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise customers in content, marketing, or digital operations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation frameworks.
