What you will do

• Build internal and first-party applications (e.g., hirify.global Wallet) for both agents and humans.
• Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate hirify.global into their payment systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of the hirify.global blockchain and its product surface area.
• Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to ship products.
• Feed field learnings back into the product to improve the blockchain and developer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in crypto.
• Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter.
• Must be based in NYC and able to travel within the US.
• Strong communication skills for technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
