Senior Fullstack Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Onsite Monday to Friday at the Palo Alto office, California, United States

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD base salary annually, plus equity and annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Own the engineering backbone of products from the first commit through launch and continued iteration.
• Make architecture decisions for products targeted for a ninety-day build and launch cycle.
• Build frontend, backend, data, and deployment components using pragmatic technologies.
• Integrate hirify.global custody, wallet, stablecoin, and settlement rails, along with third-party vendors where appropriate.
• Use AI tools to increase development throughput while evaluating their limitations and risks.
• Launch products to real users, instrument them, and decide whether to hand them off, wind them down, or scale them further.

Requirements

• 5+ years of genuinely full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience with modern web frontend development, API and service design, data modeling, and cloud deployment.
• Experience building a product from zero to one through a startup, side project, or first-engineer role.
• Strong practical use of AI development tools and judgment about when not to trust them.
• Ability to work with crypto products or learn wallets, stablecoins, and settlement APIs quickly.
• Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday at the Palo Alto office.
