Account Executive (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, USA; hybrid work model with 2 days per week remote

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 OTE per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through close.
• Build pipeline through inbound activity and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Understand complex customer problems and structure creative solutions.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Balance's product suite to grow ARR.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, partnerships, or other complex client-facing work.
• Ability to navigate a wide range of industries and business conversations.
• Ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• High grit, self-direction, and comfort owning outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
