Implementation Consultant III - eCommerce (Healthcare)

Location: Office-based or remote within the USA; willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

What you will do

• Manage implementation projects for hirify.global products from project kickoff through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Lead instructor-led customer training and present product functionality.
• Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and pre-go-live testing.
• Review data sets in Excel and Access, identify completeness gaps, and provide feedback to customers and development teams.
• Track project status, risks, milestones, service levels, utilization, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with scrum teams and internal departments.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, project plans, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in implementation or project management within healthcare IT or supply chain organizations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery, system-to-system integration, data structures, materials management, and accounting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret business needs and implement products that meet customer objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and documentation skills, including the ability to adopt AI-powered supply chain analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with item master management, Agile, Scrum, and cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems such as Infor, Oracle, and Workday.
• Knowledge of on-premises ERP systems such as Lawson, Meditech, and PeopleSoft.
