Corporate Strategy Consultant

Location: Hybrid, with 2 to 3 in-office days per week, primarily in Louisville, KY, or Arlington, VA; candidates in or willing to relocate to Chicago or Nashville are also considered. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $104,400–$143,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives affecting long-term growth and competitive positioning.
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, competitive assessments, expert interviews, and data analysis.
• Evaluate growth, market expansion, partnership, acquisition, and innovation opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to test assumptions and assess strategic risks.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior executives, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors.
• Advise business leaders on strategic priorities and enterprise planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of consulting, strategy, or relevant strategic corporate experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including research and financial modeling.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate and test hypotheses, synthesize complex information, and develop executive-level insights.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 in-office days per week in an applicable U.S. location.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Healthcare experience, especially in the payer industry.
