Transaction Banking, US Payments Solution Specialist, Vice President (Payments)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $125,000–$250,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own commercialization strategies and go-to-market execution for new and existing payments products.
• Drive transaction volume growth, product adoption, and expansion of the operational payments book.
• Partner with Coverage and Sales teams to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and plan client outreach.
• Lead complex client pitches and structure tailored end-to-end payment architectures.
• Design solutions involving payment orchestration, ERP/TMS integrations, liquidity optimization, primary clearing, and cash management flows.
• Create sales enablement programs, playbooks, and training for Coverage teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in transaction banking, corporate treasury, or payments solution engineering.
• 5+ years in client-facing solution structuring, sales enablement, or technical product specialist roles.
• Proven success winning corporate payments mandates and securing primary clearing and cash management flows through RFPs and competitive bids.
• Deep technical fluency in global payment rails, particularly US payments rails.
• Experience designing commercial packaging, pricing frameworks, and incentive programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with corporate treasurers, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.
