Senior Technical Product Manager, Fleet Ops (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Remote in the United States or United Kingdom; listed locations include South San Francisco, Atlanta, and New York, USA, and the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and manage products spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather feedback from airline and airport customers and internal operators to prioritize product milestones.
• Translate user needs into system requirements, test plans, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with infrastructure, systems engineering, UX, autonomy, operations, and program management teams to deliver reliable products.
• Communicate product vision, technical concepts, progress, blockers, and dependencies to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end to end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling where reliability and real-time performance are critical.
• Proven ability to launch 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products.
• Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to read system design documents and reason about real-time system constraints.
• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Experience with dispatch, routing, resource allocation, airline, airport, or large-scale fleet operations.
