Staff Product Manager (Autonomous Ground Support Equipment)

What you will do

• Define and own the AGSE Service product strategy and roadmap across autonomous driving capabilities, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Establish KPIs for capability, performance, and reliability, and develop data collection and analysis pipelines for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Systems Engineering, Autonomy, Infrastructure, Hardware, and Engineering leadership to define requirements, test plans, acceptance criteria, and technical trade-offs.
• Lead and mentor Product Management team members, establish product development frameworks, and improve requirements and prioritization practices.
• Communicate product vision and status to senior leadership, customers, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Engage airline and airport customers, establish Statements of Work and Service Level Agreements, and translate operational needs into prioritized product investments.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning technically complex, multi-system products end to end.
• Experience shipping products where safety, reliability, and real-time performance are critical.
• Proven ability to deliver 0-to-1 products and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience engaging enterprise or operational customers, conducting discovery, and translating needs into product requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• 2+ years leading Product Management teams.
• Experience with regulatory stakeholders, compliance requirements, V&V processes, software development, systems architecture, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with airside driving environments at major global airports.
