What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery to production and beyond.
• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct market research and user discovery to validate implementations through prototypes and testing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support for seamless product launches and ongoing support.
• Monitor product performance using tracking tools to generate actionable insights and steer direction.
• Foster a user-centric culture and growth mindset across cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in product management for B2B software or technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Marketing.
• Proven track record of taking B2B products from concept to successful market launch.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers via discovery, advisory boards, and QBRs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across UX, QA, Engineering, and Marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enhanced products, including generative AI.
• Experience modernizing or evolving legacy software platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-enabled or interoperable software solutions.
