What you will do

• Set product and design strategy, priorities, organisational design, budgets, and headcount plans in partnership with the CEO.
• Lead and develop the Product and Design organisation across five crews while maintaining a hands-on role in strategy, discovery, and delivery.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to influence technical prioritisation, delivery trade-offs, and cross-functional operating models.
• Embed AI across research, prototyping, design, specification, decision-making, and delivery workflows.
• Define product strategy for international expansion, including enterprise customers in the United States, and represent the product externally.
• Support fundraising, board engagement, strategic partnerships, talent attraction, and ownership of adjacent functions such as Solutions Architecture.

Requirements

• Experience leading multi-team Product and Design organisations and directly managing and coaching senior individual contributors.
• Senior-level partnership with Engineering, including technical roadmap influence and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven experience building or transforming an AI-native product function and hands-on fluency with AI tools for product and design work.
• Experience scaling an enterprise B2B SaaS product, including customer co-creation and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience navigating funding rounds, organisational growth, board or investor discussions, and strategic partnerships.
• International product strategy experience, particularly building for or expanding into the United States enterprise market.

• Experience serving enterprise and mid-market customers simultaneously.
• Experience establishing a United States product presence and managing distributed teams.
• Experience working with founders or operating as or alongside a Chief Product Officer or VP of Product.
