Director of Product, Delivery and Fulfillment Intelligence (Remote)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite from Boston, MA; travel to Boston quarterly and up to 5 days per quarter for team events may be required. Applicants must be based in the United States.

Salary: $229,000–$321,000 annual total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Delivery & Fulfillment Intelligence Platform.
• Establish the delivery domain model, including canonical events, states, telemetry, history, and governed contracts.
• Develop risk assessment, proactive intervention, building and address intelligence, lead-time and promise accuracy, routing, and real-time dispatch capabilities.
• Build demand and capacity forecasting and network optimization for delivery supply allocation under cost, coverage, and reliability constraints.
• Partner with Data, Supply Chain Operations, Delivery Partnerships, Finance, CX Product, and Restaurant Technology on metrics, learning loops, logistics strategy, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Hire, lead, and grow the product team while representing the platform at the executive level.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers.
• Deep experience with platform, infrastructure, logistics, marketplace operations, fulfillment, dispatch, or supply-chain intelligence products at meaningful scale.
• Depth in at least two areas including routing and dispatch optimization, ETA prediction, demand and capacity forecasting, risk scoring, anomaly detection, or geospatial data systems.
• Experience shipping ML-backed products and understanding model calibration, training-serving skew, evaluation, and production operations.
• Ability to work with senior engineers on event-driven architecture, event schemas, state machines, idempotency, APIs, service boundaries, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with multi-sided marketplaces, third-party partner networks, SLAs, rate cards, capacity commitments, analytics, and executive-level influence.
