Director of Delivery Management (Cloud, Data & AI)

What you will do

• Own delivery, governance, and execution across a portfolio of cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI engagements.
• Manage portfolio health and financial performance, including risk, budgets, margins, forecasts, utilization, and change control.
• Lead strategic client engagements, serve as executive delivery sponsor, and manage escalations with client executives.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing delivery management organization through hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Coordinate global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across the US, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Improve delivery methodology, governance, estimation, tooling, quality standards, playbooks, and AI-enabled practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex technology programs, including 5+ years in professional services or systems integration.
• Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements, including migrations, data platform builds, and AI programs.
• Proven ownership of portfolio margin, forecasting accuracy, utilization, risk, and client health across concurrent engagements.
• Experience hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders and leading remote, multi-geo teams.
• Pre-sales experience shaping solutions, presenting delivery approaches, and writing statements of work and change orders.
• Executive presence with client sponsors, architects, CTOs, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud experience through work at Google, a Google Cloud partner, or hands-on delivery of Google Cloud workloads.
• Google Cloud certification such as Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent.
