Technical Sourcer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Foster City, California or San Diego, California

Salary: $113,000–$161,000 per year base salary, plus potential RSUs, stock appreciation rights, and sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Qualify and clarify technical job requirements.
• Source and screen resumes and evaluate candidate fit.
• Assess technical aptitude and behavioral fit.
• Build engineering talent pipelines with recruiting partners.
• Support hiring for AI software, systems engineering, software development, and system verification roles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies, skills, and companies in the industry.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Foster City or San Diego, California.

• Experience sourcing systems or software positions.
• Recruiting agency or in-house sourcing experience.
• Experience working with hiring managers and senior engineering leaders.
