Salary: $132,300–$1,984,450 base pay range, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and technical leaders to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Build and execute precision-targeted searches for engineering roles across AI, ML, robotics, autonomy, and related technical domains.
• Research talent markets, create market maps, identify successors, and maintain calibrated candidate slates for senior engineering roles.
• Craft personalized outreach to engage passive and highly competitive technical candidates.
• Own the top-of-funnel process from research and mapping through initial engagement and qualification.
• Track pipeline data, funnel health, sourcing impact, trends, and blockers while improving tools and processes with Recruiting Operations, People Analytics, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in robotics, AI/ML, autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains.
• Proven success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex engineering systems and quickly learn new domains.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to prioritize sourcing strategies and communicate impact.
• Curiosity, persistence, and enthusiasm for autonomy, robotics, and hard technology.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for Systems Engineering, AV Safety, or leadership roles.
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, Gem, and other recruiting automation tools.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate sourcing workflows and increase pipeline throughput.
• Ability to adapt quickly in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
