What you will do

• Own the people strategy for a function supporting teams across the UK and Ireland.
• Translate business priorities into a forward-looking people agenda and advise senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, feedback, change management, and organizational scaling.
• Support growth, reorganizations, and organizational change while monitoring organizational health and culture.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits on levelling and compensation reviews.
• Connect the supported function with People Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, People Programs, People Data & Tech, and Employee Relations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a high-growth or scaling environment.
• Proven experience advising senior leadership and shaping business decisions.
• Deep experience in organizational design, performance, leadership development, compensation, and change at scale.
• Experience working within a Center of Excellence model.
• Solid working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders.
