Senior HR Business Partner

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office. The role supports business leaders and employees across the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Advise US and Canada business leaders on workforce planning, talent, performance, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage moderate-to-complex employee relations cases end to end within US and Canadian employment frameworks.
• Deliver and locally adapt enterprise HR programs, including performance cycles, career development, and workforce planning processes.
• Interpret workforce data, people metrics, and HRIS reporting to identify trends and support evidence-based recommendations.
• Support organizational design, post-merger workforce integration, compensation analysis, pay recommendations, offer construction, and pay equity reviews.
• Escalate matters involving significant complexity, cross-jurisdictional exposure, or elevated organizational risk to the Principal HR Business Partner.

Requirements

• Senior-level HR business partnering experience with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Working knowledge of US and Canadian employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing moderate-to-complex employee relations matters independently.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, career development, and talent processes.
• Ability to use workforce metrics, organizational data, and HRIS-derived reporting to inform decisions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid London setup with 1 day per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of employment fundamentals in the UK, EMEA, or APAC.
• Experience supporting organizational scrutiny, audit readiness, compliance program maturation, scale-up, or pre-exit periods.
