Senior People Business Partner

Location: Haywards Heath, UK; hybrid working model

What you will do

• Partner with Go-to-Market leaders on organisation design, talent, performance, change and people strategy.
• Lead role-clarity, workforce planning, headcount and people-budget activities in partnership with Finance.
• Own talent and succession planning, including high-potential development, critical-role risk and retention plans.
• Facilitate performance and promotion calibration while maintaining consistent standards across markets.
• Own complex employee-relations cases for the function and advise the UK Management Team on local matters.
• Lead UK consultations, negotiations, works council or union meetings, and relevant statutory People duties.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a strategic People Business Partner in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Proven change and project leadership with the ability to drive and deliver an agenda.
• Critical thinking and commercial fluency, connecting people decisions to business performance.
• Expertise across organisation design, talent, performance and reward.
• Ability to apply group standards while adapting to local legal, cultural and market contexts.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in using AI and automation to improve People operations and decision-making.
• Experience working across multiple European markets and integrating previously separate country businesses.
