Senior People Partner - Fixed Term Leave Cover

Location: Remote, but must reside and have the legal right to work in the UK, Spain, or Latvia. Fixed-term 12-month parental leave cover. No B2B or contractor engagements.

What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated People Partner for Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders and teams.
• Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, performance, and organizational priorities across a distributed workforce.
• Partner with Finance on compensation-cycle budgets using headcount and market data.
• Manage EOR engagements, primarily through Oyster, across the full employment cycle and multiple European jurisdictions.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and coordinate with EOR partners and external legal advisors.
• Drive organizational design, job architecture, job description development, level changes, promotions, and continuous improvement of People processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Experience working with fully remote or distributed teams.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and business partnership skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into data-informed HR strategies and initiatives.
• Proactive use of AI to increase impact.
