Salary: $258,000–$387,000 base pay annually, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Eval Platform across simulation, evaluation infrastructure, compute, and storage.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary organization of managers and senior individual contributors.
• Build and scale simulation and evaluation capabilities for rapid autonomy iteration and rigorous validation.
• Own the platform supporting autonomy evaluation, validation, performance measurement, and driverless readiness.
• Partner with Autonomy and Systems leadership to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and trusted.
• Represent the Eval Platform at the executive level by communicating tradeoffs, progress, risks, and readiness.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise building simulation systems and evaluation platforms for large-scale machine learning or robotics systems.
• Strong understanding of autonomy validation and tools for these use cases.
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-impact engineering organizations, including managers and senior individual contributors.
• Ability to translate complex technical signals into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
