Program Manager - Modern Data Center

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and applicable target bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Oversee data center consolidation and migration initiatives while coordinating stakeholders and minimizing downtime.
• Develop transformation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.
• Align project goals with organizational objectives across IT, operations, and business teams.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and delivery risks.
• Provide progress, challenge, and solution updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven Program Manager experience focused on cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidation.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with data center operations, infrastructure management, network design, and security.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex IT projects, with strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• PMP or another relevant project management certification is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for data center operations and cloud services.
