TL;DR
Program Manager (Hyperscaler Partnership) (Cloud Transformation): Leading strategic cloud transformation programs across multi-cloud migration and infrastructure workstreams for an enterprise client with an accent on hyperscaler partnerships, commercial engagement models, and delivery governance. Focus on structuring partnership deals, managing risks and dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and aligning client and cloud-provider stakeholders.

What you will do
- Lead strategic cloud transformation programs across cloud migration and infrastructure workstreams.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage co-funded, joint-investment, fixed-price, and hyperscaler partnership deals with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar providers.
- Own delivery governance, including risks, dependencies, escalations, performance metrics, budgets, and quality.
- Build relationships with enterprise client stakeholders and cloud partner representatives.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, business, and other cross-functional teams across multicloud initiatives.
- Improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and project management practices while supporting account growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-project, multi-workstream programs for enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience structuring and managing partnership-type and commercial deals.
- Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure programs.
- Expertise in program governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management approaches.
- Strong English communication skills required for facilitating discussions, negotiating priorities, and presenting to customer and partner stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Technical background in cloud and infrastructure.
- Cloud certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
