Assembler/Tester Gen2 Meter (Electromechanical Manufacturing): Assembling and testing medium- to low-complexity electro-mechanical devices using hand tools, adhesives, and testing equipment with an accent on procedural accuracy, quality control, and fine manual work. Focus on identifying defects, completing assembly records, operating testing equipment, and supporting continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Location: On-site at the Lexington Road Billerica facility, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $22–$23 per hour

What you will do

• Assemble and test medium- to low-complexity electro-mechanical devices according to detailed procedures.
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, UV curing equipment, dispensers, press fixtures, and computers.
• Complete quality forms, assembly records, and related paperwork accurately.
• Inspect devices, recognize defects, and follow quality control standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and engineering personnel about assembly and testing activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to use small tools in confined spaces.
• Ability to operate tools, machinery, technical equipment, and computer-based testing systems.
• Ability to understand procedures and complete documentation correctly.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, climb, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as required.
