What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Consolidate business-unit inputs and analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports and perform variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, supply chain, and accounting teams to validate cost assumptions and analyze profitability.
• Extract and reconcile ERP data and support automation of financial models and dashboards.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including accruals and reclasses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, including internship or full-time experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Syteline, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or operations environments.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
