Manufacturing Technician (Robotics)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year; $75,000 starting salary.

What you will do

• Assist technicians with drone and landing-pad assembly, testing, and manufacturing.
• Work with the QA engineer to maintain quality standards and identify issues before production or shipping.
• Coordinate packing of crates and smaller packages with operations associates and QA engineers.
• Support 3D printing, labeling, shipping, office operations, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Unpack incoming packages, deliver materials to the appropriate rooms, and update inventory in company software.
• Help manufacturing and operations teams meet production and client shipping deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow detailed build and assembly procedures with strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, tools, and production or testing equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with technicians, QA, and operations teams.
• Physical ability to move and carry heavy objects and boxes.
• Strong communication skills and reliability when working under deadline pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, deep tech, or hardware manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality assurance or quality control processes.
